We want you to feel completely confident buying from us. Every digital product from The Quiet Nest comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund.
Our guarantee
If, within 14 days of your purchase, you decide a product isn't right for you — for any reason at all — email us and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why, and you can keep the files. No fine print, no hoops.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@thequietnest.blog within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Paddle order or receipt number (it's in your purchase confirmation email).
- That's it. We'll confirm and process the refund.
How refunds are processed
Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 2 business days and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is processed.
After the 14 days
Because our products are digital and delivered in full at purchase, we generally cannot offer refunds after the 14-day window has passed. That said, if something has gone wrong — you can't access your download, you received the wrong file, or a file is corrupted — please contact us at any time and we will make it right, including a replacement or a refund where appropriate. Nothing in this policy affects the statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country.
